I love Light Reading’s occasional FiOS Tracker feature. Phil Harvey is rather cheeky in his blog reporting and always adds in a dose of humor. For example:
“Verizon says four out of five FiOS users claim that they would recommend the service to a friend. We’ve since learned those same FiOS users would also recommend Trident.”
