Motorola works with a huge range of operators (including AT&T), and in each case the experience you're getting is a combination of both the hardware and the software being used. If an operator wants the KreaTV software mentioned here, Motorola will sell it to that provider - in South Carolina, South Dakota, or wherever. However, there is unlikely to be a small IPTV provider in your area if AT&T and a major cable operator like Charter already present. More info on deployments should come in the future.
