The site offers a real-world testing environment for operators moving toward the 4G standard, and can even provide a hosted network solution for European LTE trials. I’m hoping for more details later in the week when I have a chance to sit down with one of the EMEA execs.
The LTE news comes as we start the two-week countdown to Mobile World Congress. Given the interest in smartphones and other mobile Internet devices (MIDs), mobile broadband should be a big topic for the yearly global gathering.
