Verizon has long had a policy blog, but this month the operator launched a new site dedicated to Verizon home products, aptly named the Verizon at Home Blog. So far the site’s author Eric Rabe has covered everything from new FiOS features to issues with billing and customer service. As with any corporate blog (this one included), you don’t get unbiased coverage of the industry or Verizon’s place in it, but you do get a guided tour around some of Verizon’s initiatives and a sense of the company’s excitement and eagerness to talk about all things FiOS. Check it out when you get a chance. Who would have guessed a few years ago how much fun it could be to follow a “phone” company?
