More DOCSIS 3.0 for Europe

Remember that snapshot of global DOCSIS 3.0 deployments? Add another one to the list. European operator UPC is using Motorola D3 voice modems for broadband services in The Netherlands, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and Switzerland. Data speeds? Up to 120 Mbps in some markets.
