SCTE Cable-Tec Expo kicks off today at the Colorado Convention Center, and attendees will be slogging through some snow on the way in. Starting off the agenda is the opening session hosted by cable celebrity Leslie Ellis. The exhibit hall opens up at 2 PM. More to come.
