Broadband Gear Reports has announced its annual BGR Diamond Technology Reviews, and Motorola’s EDGE software suite tops out with a perfect four-out-of-four score. The EDGE service assurance software provides a remote customer service solution for a range of consumer equipment including modems, gateways, set-tops, and mobile devices. I posted on the new EDGE platform back in August when it launched. The BGR Diamond rating gives the software independent validation from a panel of top cable industry engineering experts.
Also getting high marks from BGR reviewers were Motorola Medios VideoFlow and Medios Merchandiser. Both received ratings of three and a half out of four.
